WKRIS (Koffee Radio) was launched March 8th, 2014 in Orlando Florida.

At its launch, Koffee Radio had only 6 DJs and could only be heard by visiting www.wkris.com.

Today, the station has over twenty disk jocks on staff and can be found on the Tunein App,  Itunes Radio and for listeners who are concerned about their phones data usage, they have two “Dial-to-listen” numbers in the United states and one for the United Kingdom that is FREE of charge to listeners.

Koffee Radio is one of the fastest growing internet stations around with listeners from various countries worldwide!

“Entertainment, Charity and Diversity are some of our specialty!”  Said founder Keisha “Koffee” Freeman in a one and one interview recently.

Koffee Radio DJs understand this and focus on pleasing our listening audience by playing a variety of genres, which not only attracts but keep listeners happy. Our programming and content provides soothing entertainment which is appropriate for listeners of any age.

Our listeners and our communities are our biggest supporters and we show our gratitude by getting involved in charitable activities.

In our first year, WKRIS (Koffee Radio) alongside Black IWA TV hosted a bimonthly clothing food and toy drive, donating these items to the less fortunate communities in Orlando.

In August 2014, Koffee Radio and Entourage Promotions repainted and cleaned the local Post Office in Treadways Jamaica; we have also had book drives which benefited children from Jamaica.

We would like to thank our staff, listeners, friends and well-wishers for a successful 1st year and we look forward to their continued support as we continue to grow.

Our highest listenership is in USA, Jamaica, UK, Australia, Japan and Canada.

We recently interviewed Leon Robinson from the movie “The Five Heartbearts,” 2016 Grammy Winners Morgan’s Heritage, Jiggsy King, Dexta Daps, Tony Curtis, Macka Diamond, Kip Rich, Alozade, Mr Vegas, Lutan Fyah, RDX, Junior Kelly, Barrington Levy to name a few.

Koffee Radio also provided media coverage for Best of the Best 2014 & 2015, Reggae Sumfest 2015, Rebel Salute 2016, New York, Miami and West Palm Beach Jerk Festival.
